2024 Annual Conference of the Mississippi Association of Entomologists, Nematologists, and Plant Pathologists (October 28–29, 2024)
Dear MAENP Members,
The Mississsippi Association of Entomologists, Nematologists, and Plant Pathologist (MAENP) conference will be held from October 28–29, 2024 at the Bost Conference Center on the Mississippi State campus. As always, we will have an industry sponsored steak supper Monday night (October 28) at the "Bull Barn" (115 Cedar Lane just off of Hwy 183). Student presentations will be on Monday, and other presentations will be given on Tuesday. The awards banquet will be held at noon on Tuesday. We encourage everyone to do their best to attend and participate in this year's meeting.
REGISTRATION
You have two ways to preregister for this year's conference (you can also register on site at the meeting):
(1) Fill out the preregistration form (below) and mail to the MEA treasurer at this address below and enclose a check for the appropriate amount made out to MEA.

MAENP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS [PDF]
Scholarship applications are now open for a MS and PhD student working toward a degree emphasizing Entomology or IPM at any institution of higher education in Mississippi ($2,000 (check in hand). Applicant must be a member of MAENP to be eligible for this scholarship. Application deadline is 5 PM, September 30, 2024.

Nominations for distinguished service awards, merit awards, and letters of citation are now open. Application deadline is 5 PM, September 30, 2024.
