71st Annual Conference of the Mississippi Association of Entomologists, Nematologists, and Plant Pathologists (MAENPP) (October 27–28, 2025)
Dear MAENPP Members,
The Mississippi Association of Entomologists, Nematologists, and Plant Pathologists (MAENPP) Conference will be held October 27–28, 2025 at the Bost Extension Center at Mississippi State University. As always, we will have an industry sponsored steak supper Monday night (October 27). Student presentations will be on Monday, and other presentations will be given on Tuesday. The awards banquet will be held at noon on Tuesday. We encourage everyone to do their best to attend and participate in this year's meeting.
REGISTRATION
You have two ways to preregister for this year's conference (you can also register on site at the meeting):
(1) Fill out the preregistration form (below) and mail to the MEA treasurer at the address below and enclose a check for the appropriate amount made out to MEA.

(2) Use the PayPal "Add to Cart" button below, click the appropriate payment from the drop-down box, which will direct you to a secure PayPal site where you can pay using either a PayPal account or a credit/debit card. Please note, if paying for multiple people with one credit card, adjust the quantity, then click the "Check Out" tab or if you wish to also sponsor this meeting or donate to the scholarship fund, click the "Continue Shopping" tab, which will take you back to Conference Information page. When filling out the payment section for multiple registrants, enter the names of registrants in "Names of Registrants" tab below the shipping information section; for a single individual, please type in the name and information for the registrant under the shipping address section.
PAPER AND POSTER SUBMISSIONS
Paper and Poster Submissions are due by August 15th. Please fill out the appropriate form below and submit to MAENPP Secretary Tyler Towles, either by email or mail (contact info below). Remember that you are allowed to enter both the paper and poster competition but presentations must be on different topics.
